Chef’s Choice Certified Organic Unbleached Plain Flour is produced by roller-milling the whole-wheat grain and sieving off of the bran which retains a substantial proportion of wheat’s natural nutrients. It has a creamy colour and a stronger texture, and is more flavoursome than other white flours. A finer flour to make your baking easier.
