Holle Organic Spelt Porridge are used wholegrain is an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. Spelt is naturally high in soluble dietary fibre and therefore has stool softening properties. It is also higher in the B-complex vitamins and both simple and complex carbohydrates. Easy to prepare by using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge for your baby. It contains significantly more protein.
