Lacto-fermented, 100% organic red cabbage juice. It is naturally cloudy, made from lightly fermented red cabbage that has been slowly pressed. The obtained juice is vented, poured into bottles, pasteurized, and then cooled. No concentrates, flavour enhancers or preservatives are added. Any slight amount of sediment in the bottle is naturally occurring and harmless. Any extra filtration or clarifying process would remove many valuable nutrients.
