DESCRIPTION
Our organic white macaroni pasta is extruded using a smooth die. Then it's dried slowly to preserve the nutrients and bring out the taste and aromas of the wheat. Delicious!, Suma's organic pasta is from Italy, because Italian pasta is the best in the world. It's produced using a slow drying process that uses 100% renewable energy. The farmers we use grow ancient grains, which makes them specialists and experts in all kinds of wheat, including durum wheat. Our pasta is made using traditional methods by a co-operative bringing together over 300 member farms.
